*07/27/2003* I just added the new Luminescent Thaumaturgic Plate, Sunstone Gauntlets, and Auroric Runic Helm to the calculator. NOTE: The Luminescent Thaumaturgic Plate and Auroric Helm are activated values so make sure you don't try to bane/imp the armor with the calculator or you will get bad numbers.
Unfortunately I discovered I was wrong about sharded GSA as it relates to specific monster groups. I am muling my current Amuli for Acid/Pierce sharded GSA since I will get slightly better protection with it vs. my current setup (about 1% better). Even though the higher base AL of tinkered armor exceeds the protection of sharded GSA for hollows, any life-based damage abatement you can gain helps when fighting the new Olthoi Swarm. On a raw 1000 damage hit, the best case difference in damage (fully buffed) from warded to non-warded was 2 points per hit. Also, please help me with true AL mod values for any piece of armor you see missing from my list. Drop me an e-mail, send me a PM on either my allegiance message board or at ACVault, or message me in-game as Rhesus. There is NO reason why you folks out there cannot give me some true AL mods and get a little credit in the process since Turbine fully discloses the values now! |

I`d like to thank Raedwulf for getting me interested in updating this thing again. He`s done some awesome work and deserves much credit for it. I would also like to thank the AC community at large for their ongoing support, feedback and help. Keep those armor items and their true AL mod values flowing in and I will continue to update this calculator. Of course, with all that said, feel free to scroll on down and give my calculator a try. Sincerely, Rhesus of Frostfell (proud member of the Paladins of Fate at The Call of Fate) |
